Healthy Church Check Ups
The Healthy Church Check-up is exactly what its name suggests. Developed by Church2Church, the check-up gives a church a number of criteria under which to assess how they are going. The criteria are Governance and Leadership, Mission and Strategy, Church Culture, Ministry Teams, Church Dynamics and Support Services. Under each criteria there are a series of questions and a marking scale that will help you arrive at an average for each of these areas of church life. The purpose of such a tool is to identify the areas where your church is doing better and where you might focus future ministry. The Healthy Church Check-Up is done by a trained consultant in conjunction with church leadership and would involve the collection of date via an interview, preferably in person, with a report provided following the assessment.
This could be followed by a consultancy to assist with an identified objective.
