Healthy Church Check Ups

The Healthy Church Check-up is exactly what its name suggests.

The check-up gives a church a number of criteria under which to assess how they are going.
The criteria are:
    1. Governance and Leadership,
    2. Mission and Strategy,
    3. Church Culture,
    4. Ministry Teams,
    5. Church Dynamics and
    6. Support Services.

Under each criteria there are a series of questions and a marking scale that will help you arrive at an average for each of these areas of church life. The purpose of such a tool is to identify the areas where your church is doing better and where you might focus future ministry. The Healthy Church Check-Up is done by a trained consultant in conjunction with church leadership and would involve the collection of date via an interview, preferably in person, with a report provided following the assessment.

This could be followed by a consultancy to assist with an identified objective.
